That you, as CEO of CMM, are supposed to be running the company in the interests of ALL shareholders (yes, even those of us who are concerened about the future of our company) and not just Mr Finskiy & Associates.

Why are you prepared to waste $90,000, plus 100,000 stock options on a useless PR? Don't you look at CMM's stock price? It lost 50% of its value since you made the glowing announcement about the proposed merger with WTG. The markets don't like the proposal. As simple as that. No phoney PR is going to change that.

Oh, I forgot, you have a direct stake in the success of the proposed merger: Mr Finskiy promised you the lucrative CEO position in the new WTG. That is more important than to look after the interests of all CMM shareholders. Your actions speak louder than words.
