Cowley, Geoffrey Dr. Geoffrey Cowley is Chief Executive Officer, Director of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Dr. Cowley is Chief Executive Officer, Maple Minerals Corporation (private mining company) from November, 2009 to November 2010; Interim Chief Executive Officer, Kinross Far East (Russia) (mining) from January, 2009 to June, 2009; Chief Executive Officer, Strikeforce Mining and Resources plc (private mining company) from June, 2006 to December, 2008.
Robertson, Andrew Mr. Andrew Robertson is Chief Financial Officer of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Mr. Robertson is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom with 20 years of experience in industry. He is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Ecometals. He started his career with Laporte plc at a time when it was in the mining of titanium containing ores in Australia, which it processed into titanium dioxide, and also the mining of bentonite in Brazil and Spain. He became Finance Director of its global pharmaceutical intermediates and polymer catalysts business based in Germany. More recently, he was part of a team which bought the global inorganic mineral coatings business from Bayer with venture capital funding and syndicated debt. Based in Belgium as the Chief Financial Officer, he and the Chief Executive Officer grew the business both organically and by acquisition and eventually structured an exit to another fund. Prior to joining Ecometals, he was Group Finance Director of a United Kingdom publicly listed international group engaged in the manufacture of metallic foils for the packaging industry. Mr. Robertson was also Group Finance Director at Pemco International BV from September, 1997 to January, 2007. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Economics from London University.
Artmont, Gary Mr. Gary Artmont is Chief Geologist of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Mr. Artmont has 34 years experience in the mining business, operating in 19 countries, and is familiar with all aspects of mineral exploration from grassroots to project feasibility. In the early 1990s, Mr. Artmont was Chief Geologist for Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (NYSE:FCX), based in Indonesia. In the mid-2000s, as a consultant, he evaluated acquisition opportunities in Eastern Europe, West Africa, South America, Southeast Asia and Mongolia for a number of different companies, including Ivanhoe Mining, Stillwater Mining (NYSE:SWC) and LFM Partners. Recently, Mr. Artmont has acted as a consultant to UK DZM and MMC Intergeo. He has acted as a consultant for LFM Partners since June, 2004. Mr. Artmont’s work has focused on a wide range of commodities including copper, gold, uranium, iron, coal and nickel. During his career, Mr. Artmont has conducted 150 site visits to producing mines located throughout the world. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Geology from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario.
Chalykh, Sergey Mr. Sergey Chalykh is Director of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Mr. Chalykh is General Deputy Director, Finance, MMC Intergeo from November, 2008 to present; Head of Investment Department, MMC Norilsk Nickel from June, 2002 to November, 2008.
Armao, Robert Mr. Robert Armao is an Independent Director of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Mr. Armao serves as Chairman of the board of Armao and Company, Inc., a private international communications and financial relations firm representing a broad range of clients including foreign governments, international corporations, investment funds and political organizations. He is also Vice-Chairman and a director of Public Image Worldwide LLC. Mr. Armao also maintains a controlling interest in Armao Energy Inc, an energy marketing company. Mr. Armao is a Senior Advisor to Monument Capitol Group, LLC., a Washingtonbased private investment and advisory firm which focuses on opportunities in the homeland security and defence sector. He previously served the Honourable Nelson A. Rockefeller as Assistant to the Governor of New York State. Mr. Armao also served as Executive Officer and Chief of Staff to the United States Secretary of Labour in 1973. Mr. Armao attended the Loyola School in New York and received his B.A. from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He received a J.D. from New York Law School.
Scola, Francis Mr. Francis Scola is an Independent Director of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Mr. Scola is the Chief Executive Officer of Ecometals (TSXV:EC) a mineral exploration and development company focused on mineral resources in Latin America. Previously, he was a partner, portfolio manager and consultant for the Shipston Group, a company which invests in venture capital, natural resourceprojects, private equity, currencies, futures, bonds, equities and various investment funds. Mr. Scola was also a partner and portfolio manager at Weintraub Capital Management, and a partner, analyst, and portfolio manager at Touchstone Investments where he was responsible for generating position ideas and research for Touchstone’s investment portfolio. Mr. Scola has also worked for Moore Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund executing trades in the Asian region. Mr. Scola is Managing Director at LFM Partners, a partnership in the natural resources sector. Mr. Scola holds both an M.A. in public policy with an emphasis on economic growth models and an M.B.A. focusing on finance from the University of Chicago.
Sugar, Edward Mr. Edward Sugar is an Independent Director of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Mr. Sugar is the founder and principal of EAS Advisors LLC, an advisory services firm. He has 25 years of experience in commodities and related sectors. From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Sugar worked for Jefferies & Co., an independent, full-service securities and investment banking firm. He was hired to develop the company’s Australia trading desk, and prior to his departure in 2008 he was the Managing Director responsible for international equity sales and trading. Prior to joining Jefferies and Co., Mr. Sugar was a Managing Director for Marc Rich & Co. in Melbourne, Australia from 1998 to 1999, where he focused on identifying investment and purchase candidates in the resources sector, as well as commodity trading opportunities. In 1992, Mr. Sugar formed E.A.S. Consulting in Melbourne, Australia, which provided consulting advisory services to the Chairman of Coles Myer, Ltd. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Sugar was Vice-President on the Asian equities sales and trading desk at Barclays de Zoete Wedd in New York City. Prior to that, Mr. Sugar was employed by Potts West Trumball & Co. in Sydney, Australia as an analyst covering Australian resource companies.
Ramachandran, Ram Mr. Ram Ramachandran is an Independent Director of White Tiger Gold Ltd. Mr. Ramachandran has 25 years of financial reporting experience in a multitude of corporate and professional capacities. He is the Chief Financial Officer of CanAlaska Uranium Inc. and Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. He has acted as an independent consultant since June, 2002 and during this time has consulted on financial reporting and regulatory matters for public companies, accounting firms and law firms. Mr. Ramachandran’s contributions to the capital markets include authoring and launching the “Canadian Securities Law Reporter”, a proprietary public company subscription service. Mr. Ramachandran has previously served as Associate Chief Accountant and Deputy Director, Corporate Finance at the Ontario Securities Commission and was also a member of the Ontario Securities Commission’s Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee (2004- 2007). Mr. Ramachandran originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant in England & Wales and became a C.A. in Ontario in 1984.

Major, Daniel Mr. Daniel Major, B. Eng. is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Century Mining Corporation. Mr. Major brings close to 25 years of international mining experience, including mine development planning, project development, operations management, commercial negotiations, project and debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Major's recent roles included COO of Ecometals Limited, overcoming political and legal issues in South America to advance the company's exploration and development projects. Prior to that Mr. Major was at Basic Element, a diversified Moscow-based conglomerate that he joined in 2003. He was CEO of the resource division, specifically responsible for development of the mining and other assets in Russia. The division had an annual revenue turnover in excess of a half a billion dollars, and was a producer of approximately 8% of global ferro molybdenum. This division had over 17,000 employees, and under his tenure the mines achieved two million manhours without a lost time accident. Earlier in Mr. Major's career, he spent time as an investment banker and senior mining analyst at financial institutions that included JP Morgan and HSBC, where he was part of the No. 1 ranked Global Mining Team. He holds a B.Eng. (Honors) from Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, England.

Meschke, Richard Mr. Richard Meschke is Vice President, Legal & Corporate Development of Century Mining Corporation since November 18, 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Meschke has had experience in the mining industry, including 19 years with AMAX Inc. and its successor, Cyprus Amax Minerals Company, where he held executive positions in finance, business development and operations with the Energy and Base & Precious Metals groups. Mr. Meschke's accomplishments include the negotiation of senior credit facilities, financial planning, reporting and analysis, and completion of more than $500 million in acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Meschke holds a B.A. degree in economics, an MBA and a law degree. Mr. Meschke was formerly Century's Director of Acquisitions.
Daniels, Harold Mr. Harold (Andrew) Daniels, PGeo, has been appointed as Vice President - Geology of Century Mining Corp. Mr. Daniels brings close to 25 years of global exploration and mining experience to Century, most recently as a geological consultant to various mining companies. He also brings senior management and consulting experience, in precious and base metals exploration, mine modelling, economic resource estimation, project evaluation on numerous projects from Canada, Russia, Australia, Central and South America, and the Middle East.
Sheridan, William Mr. William J.V. Sheridan is Secretary and Director of Century Mining Corp. He is Director since October 2003. He was formerly a director of Royal Oak Mines Inc. which in January 1999 was granted protection under the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act and a monitor was appointed. In April 1999, Mr. Sheridan resigned as a director and following his resignation, a receiver for Royal Oak was appointed. Until November 2006, Mr. Sheridan was a director of Eden Roc Mineral Corp. In May 2002, a cease trade order was issued to Eden Roc for failure to file financial statements. In February 2002, Eden Roc’s shares were suspended from trading on the TSX and in February 2003, Eden Roc was delisted from the TSX.
Campoy, Ricardo Mr. Ricardo M. Campoy is the Lead Director of Century Mining Corp since 2010. He brings an experience in the mining and financial sectors. Ricardo's international career spans 34 years as a mining engineer, investment banker and financial advisor for the resource industries, financial institutions, and investment funds. Ricardo recently co-founded and currently manages Minerals Capital & Advisory LLC, a member firm of Denver-based merchant bank, HeadwatersMB. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Campoy was Managing Director and Head of the Mining and Metals Group for WestLB in New York. Before that, he held several senior banking positions with McFarland Dewey & Co., ING Capital, Swiss Bank, Elders Resources Finance, European Banking Company, and Continental Illinois National Bank. Before his banking career, Ricardo worked in various engineering and supervisory production capacities for Inspiration Copper, Dravo Corporation, BCL Bamangwato Concessions and AMAX Inc. He has served on a number of mining company boards over the years and is currently a Director on the Boards of General Moly Inc., Endeavour Silver, and Forsys Metals Corp. Born and raised in Mexico, Ricardo is fluent in both Spanish and English. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and a Master's of International Management (Finance) at the American Graduate School of International Management.

Lamarque, William Mr. William G. Lamarque is Director of Century Mining Corporation since December 31, 2009. Mr. Lamarque is a partner with Balor Capital Management LLC. Previously, Mr. Lamarque was a main board director of NM Rothschild and Sons, the principal entity of the Rothschild international investment banking group, a director of its Hong Kong and Singapore affiliates and Managing Director with responsibility for commodities of Rothschild Inc. in New York. He is on the boards of Ecometals Ltd., of which he chairs the Audit Committee; Ivanhoe Nickel and Platinum, of which he is an Audit Committee member; and Hanson Family Holdings. He is a graduate of Cambridge University.
