It's funny how these charming Russian oligarchs (like Finskiy & Prokhorov) become darlings with the Canadian media (e.g. BNN & ThomsonReuters). I suggested to the reporters that they should read some of John Helmer's articles and learn how they want to use the TSX as their personal piggy-bank to make even more billions from questionable assets.
