What next ?

It is not my intent to start a discussion right now on the topic of “what next” as it would be somewhat premature. But what I would like to suggest is that members/shareholders start their mental juices flowing on what would be preferred and acceptable once the Concerned Shareholders Committee cleans up this mess.
As a general thought, look at how easily the present situation occurred. It was normally acceptable for shareholders to believe that the company wasbeing directed and managed by a competent team.We were wrong and the days of shareholders blindly trusting a Board of Directors (with sporadic suggestions)….THOSE DAYS ARE OVER….. not only for Century Mining but for all other companies as globalization of the investment community opens the doors for abuses as we have seen here.
I sincerely hope that we have learnt OUR lesson. However the Governance, Shareholder’s rights, By-laws, whatever are restructured, it must be setup so that if an outsider wants a company’s assets for themselves… they lead with their dollars…… and not some cockamamie scheme of thievery, deceit, misinformation, manipulations or blind greed just to mention a few.
I’ll repeat that it is not my intention to start this discussion now but it would be a good idea for each of us to develop our need/want list for future reference and guidance to the Concerned Shareholder’s Committee members.
………………………….
Oh yes ....... and now for the disclaimer…… the above thoughts, ideas, suggestions are my personal opinions based on my Constitutional Rights of free speech, right to assemble and any other advantages that I have as a citizen of a democratic country.
