Glenfidish.... don't be so skeptical on your "conspiracy" theory. I've been develping my own theories as time and events go on. My latest theory is that the CTO was forced on CMM (namely Peggy Kent) by Finskiy and Associates.
I am also developing a mindset that hopefully the Concerned Shareholder's Committee will also be considering an EXIT strategy for Finskiy, Major and unfortunately Keith Hulley. The reason that I include Mr. Hulley is because I had a very strong sense of appreciation and respect for what he did during his tenure as C.E.O. Unfortunately, he is listed as being on the Finskiy team.
Also unfortunately I have to include Fran Scola who gained my respect from the outset by what his opening comments to Shareholders and subsequent actions of assistance. One thing that nags away at me about Fran Scola is that it appears that he started to put space between himself and Finskiy & Associates about the time that the incredulaous events started happening.
i sincerely hope that both Mr. Hulley and Mr. Scola, if I am correct about my views, will consider breaking their ties with Finskiy and Associates and assist us Shareholders and the Concerned Shareholder's Committee. I can only speak for myself in this regard, but I would be prepared to welcome them.
Business makes strange bedfellows and when you think that you've just about got it figured out........along comes a herd of White Knights over the horizon.
No matter how this turns out CMM Shareholder's (IMO) are finished with anything "Finskiy". We are going to take out company back, repair whatever marketplace damage that has to be repaired and start getting those ounces out of the ground..... on our terms.
Time to get off of my little soapbox.
ps..... when I said "bedfellows" I was implying the new reality of gender neutrality ! Or in otherwords, it would be a good idea to have experienced women on our new Board of Directors.
