It seems that they keep pushing the voting deadline back for some reasons.

These are some reason and pure speculation on my behalf.

1. They dont have the total number of required votes to defeat shareholders.

2. They could be possibly waiting for gold price to seriously correct giving them a better case for themselves on cmm worth as to price of bullion.

3. They are having second thoughts on having thought this takeover would be like giving candy to a kid.

4. They now know that they wont be able to defeat the take-over and are thinking of plan B or C as to up the anti or scarp it out altogether.

Just some thoughts. Put it this way if they thought they had us by now they would have pushed the voting deadline asap. I smell retreat!
