What is driving many of us nuts is the fact they are trying to defeat the shareholders. Who the hell do they think they are trying to take away the right to a fair voting process? This is not fair and these crooks need to be made an example of.

After all this manipulation and IMO price fixing and such, I truly can't see anybody voting for this merger. It's been a complete scam from the start.
