It looks as if Mr Finskiy's grand design for swallowing up CMM is giving him hickups (as indicated by further postponement of the circular, the record & meeting dates). We are also getting positive signs on the legal front. Are we starting to see the beginning of the end? I think so.

Maybe by now Finskiy & Associates (& their legal advisors) also read Carib's detailed chronology of "The planned takeover of Century Mining by Finskiy and Associates" on Stockigloo. I know, I've read it several times. Maybe even Daniel Major read it. There is a wealth of information there. In fact, I sent the pdf copy to all the regulators, and maybe they also read it.

What comes accross to me from this document is that there was/is probably a conspiracy in Finskiy's deliberate & calculated moves. ["Conspiracy: An agreement between persons to deceive, mislead, or defraud others of their legal rights, or to gain unfair advantage."] We, minority shareholders of CMM, are giving the phony "Business Combination" (merger) propsal from WTG a resounding NYET!!!
