I still think Daniel Major could and should be sued for recommending this deal. I don't know what his 'compensation' is supposed to be but a precedent needs to be set for CEO's who knowingly try to rip off unsuspecting shareholders.

Glad the committee seems positive about their initial meeting. I would think that a good corporate lawyer would view this deal as a peach to work on.
