Is something unexpected and worrying starting to develop in CMM Management’s supposed “Slam dunk” plans ?

My hope is that CMM management is presented with a nice class action lawsuit, courtesy of the minority shareholders, by way of the Committee....... It's one thing to have conference calls where questions are shuffled to the side and callers can't get through. It's a whole other story to be sitting on the witness stand with a sharp lawyer asking pointed questions. In my opinion the sequence of events and facts at hand are sufficient to proceed.

People have to pick their own battles and I believe this one is worth fighting for, not only because I have a nice holding of shares, but because it's the right thing to do. This type of action should not be tolerated as it makes a sham of the integrity of public markets. As such, I will donate money to fight this mockery.
