"Few days are left and many have left the scenes. Glorieux, sudbury novice, hoov, smyrke, wopster, and now the latest fredricton."

WRONG !

What I have been doing is standing back and let the big guns do their magic. With the recent diffection of Kent, questions are starting to be answered that have long been on the table. It is unfortunate that people we communicated with and had trust in have walked away with narry a good bye, good luck. I can tell you from personal experience that there is no shortage of wi-fi outlets in Europe.

A lot of hard work by a lot of good people has been the order of the day for the past few months. If FREDERICTON is subdued a bit, it is because I am wondering/searching for what it is that I can do within the next two weeks that would be effective to stop this proposed merger.

We have been on a positive roll with a few bumps along the way and right now it seems to be a bit bumpier but this is to be accepted as we appoach the 13th. Tomorrow I'm going to mail a copy of the CSC circular to the 4 Regulators and Government agencies I identified a few weeks ago.

I'll close by repeating the thesis of my position. The proposed Merger is tantamount to Banruptcy. Clearly,

MERGER = BANKRUPTSY

We are not being asked to approved a business transaction that makes sense. We are being asked to participate in the methodology of how Maxim Finskiy & Associates want to operate and do business.

Margaret Kent's public diffection to the Finskiy proposed Merger camp is of little significance. Previous speculation had already discounted her.

I am more impressed by the hard work and efforts of those who have fought with little resoureces and time than those who have used the assets of my company to further their objectives with regard to what is right. I am a bit surprised at the number of people who fit this latter category.
