Usually the markets predict were the sp should be. In this case as most of us know the mm's are clearly in participation and on the side of management and finskiy. Keep the sp down as long as possible as to get as many shareholders as possible to sell into finskiy and friends. Then once voting deadline passes and he realizes that the "NO" vote will still prevail, mm's will unleash sp much higher over a dollar to get the much needed remainder of holders to sell out so they wont vote. At over 1.50 most imho will sell out thus allowing him to gain majority and down goes the sp again towards 50 cents. The more i think about the more i see this playing out. Unless a white night jumps in. Thoughts anyone?
