I understand where you are coming from, but I really do see things slightly different. CMM management need to give full openness to CMM shareholders. They are accountable to their shareholders. Finskiy is indirectly responsible for the actions of CMM management but as a major shareholder, he has no accountability to CMM shareholders.
That was the only thing I was trying to point out. Finskiy is however accountable to WTG shareholders and I think that is where he does have a credibility issue.
Coming back to your remark about the poll and the 77% that did not want anything to do with WTG, I also voted that I did not want anything to do with WTG. The main reason for that was the lack of information about WTG, its projects, its financial resources etc. Now that WTG have provided the public with more data, we are better able to make judgements regarding the proposed deal. Were I asked to go back to the poll and vote again, I'd still vote the same, because a 1-to-1 ratio would not even cut it for me.
The entire idea of comparing market caps of CMM and WTG and attaching ratios to them is to me a logic almost of a childish simplicity.
