I suspect that if this merger goes through as is (I don't believe it will and a better offer of about a dollar will emerge) that the new company s/p will be allowed to drop to about $1.50. That will give CMM holders about $.60 per share. I will vote with the minority shareholders on this even though my costs are only $.03 per share. I would be happy with a $1.00 per share offer and would probably sell some at that point. This is just a first offer and a low ball to test the waters and scare some shares into their hands. Hopefully they don't have enough shares in friendly hands to do this deal. I will not be a dissenting vote however as I don't want to give up my shares,not be able to vote and have to wait and let some judge decide how much I should get.
