Vote NO! or disent?

I've been reading the back and forth commentary with Uall. I favour a vote no! position but until we see this information circular, we really should keep an open mind. We really need some facts. I think Uall is right about all these side issues of manipulation etc. None of the proponents of the manipulation theory has ever given a proper definition of what it is. It is a subject that has been around for a long time and will never go away. It will always have its supporters and detractors. I believe it happens and will always be practiced by some with the opportunity. But when you get down to the widest latitude you can allow as manipulation, even good management might be described as manipulation. I agree with Uall that this argument is like pushing string. You will not get very far.
I like very much the idea he proposes about looking at a unified dissent position. I think the courts would give us fair value, finiskiy ( hope the spelling suits some ) would probably fear this more than anything, and it might force him to the table quicker. Just the serious threat of this happening should get results.
Either Uall is a mole or he isn't. Can't be any in between. I do not care about that. It's his idea we should be analysing, disecting, and discussing. Not the guy's motives. I think he is for real, but I don't really care about that. It's his idea I want someone to criticize!!! GET WITH THAT, please.
