When I looked at Schedule B and C of the "Arrangement Agreement" that was posted a day or two ago to Sedar, I was somewhat surprised to see all of the holding companies (I think that is the term) that CMM has. Of CMM's 7 subsidiaries, only 2 of 7 have multiple owners, and for one of those only a single share of 1000 outstanding is not owned by CMM.
