I see in Major's comments that he has added permit delays to the list of CMM woes that prompted the bridge loan. Again something not very material, if at all, to exert negative pressure. It's just so obvious you want to point and scream 'look'.
IMO, waiting them out patiently and planning the dissent vote contingency is sound strategy.
