Message: Share Price Manipulation-Collusi...

Hey Tec;

That isn't what the tape has been showing!

If you see manipulation in the trading then I'd like you to show me how and where?

Only 15 million shares traded on the venture and about 5 million on the other exchanges. That is since the offer was made over 5 days of trading. For a comapny with 400 million shares out this is nothing! The selling was very representative of retail....not anything that looks even slightly nefarious. I simply don't see what you see?

The biggest net buyer was Instinet who is mostly an institutional broker. The trading was very much spread out and nothing looked out of wack.

Friday's trading was much reduced and was based more on bidders drying up than a lack of sellers. The sellers that were there are now holding out for more as they are smelling some blood.

I would consider it extremely unlikely to have any bidder offer a cash and share deal here. The assets and cash flow of cmm don't warrant a cash offer as the person/company buying is the one who will need to do the heavy lifting to generate profits. This is a dilution buyout. I couldn't imagine a buying company that would be able to sell this to their shareholders when you plan on burning thru several hundred million in cash to buy a company that eat's money.

I'm sorry, but I don't get what you see?
