In my opinion, the ones who really loved CMM are the ones that lose here. if we vote against the merger, we are left with a company with great projects, but a low share price and with management that has lost all its credibility. I wouldn't be surprised if CMM management have to step down in such a situation.

If we vote in favour of the merger, than we are also left with a company with great projects and with doubtful management, but at least the share price may be expected to be a bit higher. Needless to mention, after that there is likely to be a massive selloff leading us to jump ship one after the other.

Whichever way we go, there is really only one scenario that I would really applaud and that would be a hostile takeover bid from a third party company.
