Hey, I posted this comment on stockigloo but thought some here might find this useful. From what I gather a shareholder list will cost about $250 and the company is required to deliver it within 10 days according to the Ontario Business Corporations Act. Is Century Incorporated in Ontario? Hmm, maybe not but I'll post this anyways.

I was interested in getting a shareholder list for Noront in Sept last year and this is as far as I got from Compushare who acts as their transfer agent.

Info on section 146 of the OBCA is here and does not seem to impede anything. In fact, as I understand it the company is required to send it within 10 days:
