I agree with carry the CMM is worth about $1.20 per share or so. If you add the .28 per that the WTG is really worth then you end up with a company that is worth about $1.50 per share. If the deal gets done then the market will value the company with all the FREE FLOWING shares that would then exist. Finisky would not be able to prop up the price at this point. $1.50 would mean we get .60 per share for our shares now. Seems like the market is seeing that and that is why are share price is where it is.
