....Messrs. Major, Scola & Finskiy realizing the sentiment of dissent that has erupted will withdraw the offer and give many reasons for doing so especially at this time of the potential decline in the gold market, etc. etc.

For me it does not matter. l have no confidence in them now or could I trust them in the future.

If they withdraw the offer, we must continue our efforts, but this time, to expel them from Century Mining. We must invite other offers to fill the void in confidence that they have created.

Also, considering the legal issues that have been discussed over the past couple of weeks.... even if they withdraw the offer.... they are still subject to the laws of Canada. The need to see them face justice for any previous illegal acts is still there, offer or no offer.

I believe that they have bitten off more than they can chew.
