The die of dissent has been cast. I do not care what they offer be it 2,(1.5),1:1. My trust in Messrs. Major, Scola and Finskiy no longer exists.

I want Messrs. Major, Scola and Finskiy out of the CMM picture.

I just looked at Agnico-Eagle, their organization, their governance, their capabilities......... who are trading at $64.00...... that is 100:1. I would be prepared to sign an Agnico-Eagle "Yes" proxy over to them. I have had some indirect business dealings with them. They are a class act. Agnico-Eagle would not lower themselves to the depths that we have seen in Messrs. Major, Scola and Finskiy.

I invite Agnico - Eagle Mining to make an offer for CMM
