Eric Sprott from Sprott Asset Management sent out the dissenting cirucular for the HRG/Serverstal takeover. I don't know if Eric Sprott owns any CMM shares... but Victor Gonclaves was big on CMM reaching $2.50 this year (his "no brainer" stock). I wonder what Victor thinks of this merger/theft of CMM shares.

If someone like Victor Gonclaves went on BNN saying what a crap take over this is/White Tiger worth less than $1.50 etc etc. then more people would listen
