I think that the 13.5 million dollar ransom number is a non-issue for any company that realizes there is approximately 6 million ounces of gold around Lamaque. Factor in that most credible analysts, Eric Sprott, Ted Butler, Jim Sinclair, etc, all agree that gold is likely to hit $1,800 per ounce this year and the ransom fee is insignificant. A cash offer from a large cap miner is the best option here and is certainly possible. I wouldn't sell into this BS and recommend people stay cool and ride this to the end as we're likely to get a better offer.
