Much has been said about the Board of Directors not being 25 % Canadian.Consider that they now appoint another Canadian Board member in order to comply with Canadian requirements.However, the new individual is coming in at a time of much controversy and confusion.What are the expectations of the new member?Will he/she vote according to their experience and knowledge of Century Mining, fairness to all shareholders and for the betterment of developing the asset?How is this possible with only days or even hours of analysis by the new member? …….. Or was the new member being groomed in the wings by Mr. Scola and Mr. Finskiy much the same way as was Mr. Majors being groomed in the wings to become President and C.E.O. while Ms. Margaret Kent still held the office of Chairman, President and C.E.O.

If we had any previous question as to the sincerity of Messrs. Scola and Finskiy to act in the best interests of all shareholders there is no question now that Mr. Major exposed their true position with his issuing of the March 8, 2011 news release.
