IF CMM does put in a bid hypothetically speaking say 3-1 or 2-1 or whatever, how many days to we as shareholders have to vote yes or no? And also does the halt stay put in place during this wait? or does the stock start trading immediately after the news?

Sorry first time one of my stocks may be bought out and never have gone through this.

Is there a certain amount of days that must be respected before an agreement of an offer is excepted?

And lastly how will i vote?
