I'm just curious if the rumours were intended or necessary to offset todays NR about the break down? Everyone knew about this merger/takeover but noone new about the breakdown? How is that possible - production stopped, & we only hear about this now but we hear about the rumours/takeover merger. Something isn't right - this isn't intended as a bash but rather a legitimate question?
