If I read Hoov's post right, we should have something by Mar 8/11 35 days before the meeting on APril 12/11 however it seems the norm for everything to do with small caps goes on and on due to "unforseen delays of every kind" I have learned that 'Things Happen When They Happen and Forget About What So and So (incl. mgmt) Said" A differnet world than typical commercial enterprises that insure timelines are met. JMHO
