I don't think a paper trade is going to happen..The russians (though known to be sneaky) don't mess around and they will not want to get into a bidding war..period!! I believe that they're going to send an offer that will be acceptable right away..Let's not kid ourselves..they know all of the major share holders and they know what price they want to see..Odds are that there's already a silent agreement on the table..If I'm right, it would definitely explain why CMM has their building up for sale and why they're already looking to relocate to the UK.

This is just my opinion but the activities lately sure point to this direction.
