according to TSX it has 114,630,210 shares outstanding and Mr. Finskiy is majority sharehold of 85,000,00 of them. This could just be a vessel change in which CMM gets moved into WTG and they keep same name or its changed. They are all ready on the TSX so it could be a method to transition to the big board among other things i'm sure.
