I don't hold any interest in either CMM or WTG but this is one hell of a thread.

If I could add anything, it is to value CMM on nothing but CMM fundamentals. Speculating on possible acquirors, purchase price, takeover structure, etc. will yield nothing more than uncertainty.

What you do know for certain are CMM fundamentals. Make your investment decision based on that until you have an actual reason to consider anything else.
