Cmm fully diluted share structure is 470,961,847 if WTG is going to make a cash for shares offer of say 1.00 how are they going to raise that kind of money, if this is a stock for stock offer I don't want WTG (overpriced stock) traded for CMM (underpriced stock), something smells (bad) here, and all going down before we see Q1 results. JMO.
