Well, those shareholders will be able to vote their shares after we know what we are voting on. Since CMM is obviously aware of what is going on, then this is in no way hostile and then must be a merger type situation. I believe we would be the smaller company and hence would be getting paper in the other company. It will be up to all of us to decide if we want that paper or if we just want to sell after that announcement. However, if the deal is on the cheap, we may get an auction type situation and that would make things much more interesting. Now that it is all but confirmed that "something" is coming, other companies will be able to do their DD and get ready if they want to participate in an auction.

My only recomendation is to buy at this point. This is a no lose situation in my opinion.
