I agree and getting tired of the waiting myself. However, one fact keeps me from selling:

The PP closing delay is because of issues with Haywood but they are buying heavy in the open market, now sitting at over 1M shares bought since December 13th. If Haywood likes the company so much why are they still holding up the PP...unless they want more shares than is offered in the PP.

So, even though I am not buying anymore, I certainly am not selling as I think Haywood is being a greedy one here and I like it when they show their greed. CMM cannot do the update until the PP is closed as well, so Haywood playing this very well IMO.
