I'm a small investor who can't trade on a dayly basis , i just happen to have free time this week for personal reasons , so fundamentals is what i base my trades on wether about the commodity i'm in and the stock i'm in , technical remains a small part of my overview on the market . I don't ignore it but i try to figure wether i should remain with a stock based on what will happen med to long term .

i know the gold market is small and players are few , while Forex is a major game and where CB's have troubles maintaning their currency where they wish them to be especialy now with this curency-trade war .

It's easier for someone like me to try to figure the longer term perspective then the shorter outlook and i'm not saying it's easy .

I guess what i should have said is this correction has a short outlook and gold future base on the fundamentals we see remains the same , upward , and considering the situation with CMM ,selling now while bad news occur for CMM coinciding with this this gold correction seems to be a bad timing .

I've definitely been following what happened with major currencies over the last couple of years on a nearly dayly basis cause as you say profit taking goes on every second on that market it is the major market and every other market fluctuate with it . But i know if i intend to be involved in Forex trading i'll go to the bank to get some US$ for my CDN$ in order to buy something in Platsburgh .
