Because they have a large position to empty and are disappointed with the 3rd quarter results. In my opinion, they are selling at the worst possible time. The past quarter was not good but the key word is past. This quarter looks much stronger and we will only get better as we move forward. My bet is we do not sink below 38 cents worst case scenario because many wealthy eyes are looking at us and will see what I see and will be buying at these prices.
