I return here to the subject of the banning of (Mr.) cedroc.

It is an unpleasant task, and I do so because I believe that his banning was without proper cause, unjustified and it smacks of arbitrary censorship or paternalism, which is even worse.

Readers of this forum are investors, presumably all responsible adults who can look after their own interest and unlikely be misled by the odd poster.

To me the most galling was to use his latest contribution as an excuse as the proverbial “Last Straw” for banning decision:

His last posting was a brief note saying the CMM trying the book a booth at their SUBWAY (Blaine, WA.) in preparation for interviewing CEO candidates. (This is to my best recollection. Can’t be more specific because all cedroc ‘s postings were deleted as part of the banning process).

IMHO there was not ONE SINGLE WORD in that posting that could be condemned by Agora’s rules.

Unless, perhaps, it was the content itself so damaging? (But now here I am speculating):

Could it be perhaps, that some of our cheerleaders were suffering from the elitist notion that a SUBWAY is not a proper place to interview CEO-s? You see, SUBWAY in Canada is a blue-collar hangout. A STARBUCK presumably would have been more O.K.

Brothers, I have news for you! Blaine, WA. is in America - you know - the home of the Tea Party, where 60 elitists were sent packing on Tuesday and replaced by some more ordinary folks, the land where Obama takes Medvedev to McDonalds for a bite.

Don’t fret. Our new CEO presumably will be a well trained and experienced geologist or mining engineer, who would be perfectly at ease at Esker Camp’s kitchen tent, and for whom a booth at Blaine SUBWAY will be just fine.

The Mr. ru Burns Affair.

Soon after you appeared on this (CMM) forum in November 2009, you were singled out for attention by a resident poster, Mr. ru Burns, who seemed to have harbored some sort of unplacatable beef against CMM. He attacked you personally, was but also a general nuisance. You tried to appease him with one of the most super PR letter I have seen, one Dale Carnegie would have been proud to call his own, but no avail. The man acted like a gadfly, he had to be dealt with, and we handed you the swatter. You asked us for 30-plus green thumb, in order to make you the hub leader of this forum. We did so, and you banned him. It had to be done, Mr. ru Burns was aggressively hostile, rude, disruptive.

(Mr.) cedric did none of the above. Banning him was unwarranted.

Out of fairness, you should re-open his POST HISTORY again, so that readers may check out the evidence if they wish to decide on their own in this matter. I myself may not have seen all his postings.

P.S. We must not forget, that as a principal shareholder, Ms. Margaret "Peggy" Kentmay be still calling the shots, existing corporate structures were put in place by her and her management team.

Cedroc seem to know a great deal about going-ons in CMM’s head office in Blaine, WA, and also about the Company in general and kept on informing us in brief his “chit-chat at the water-cooler” style, in his (often) mocking ways. The small odd bits of information did add up and was useful. I regarded it as part of my DD. We do not have other contributors on-location with similar knowledge. To get rid of him now was needless, unjustified, and not smart.
