has two producing mines, one in Peru (St Juan Mine) and a newly

opened mine in Quebec (Lamaque). At 100% owned Lamaque, they have inferred

resources of over 5 million ounces of gold and are targeting production of 45,000-50,000

ounces of gold in 2010 (cash costs $575-$600) and are looking to ramp up gold

production quite aggressively, to 100,000 or 110,000 ounces once full production is

underway by 2013 (cash costs $450-550). In Peru, they are producing 20,000 ounces per

year and are looking to increase it to 30,000 ounces in the next 18 months. In addition,

there is excellent exploration potential on their Quebec property where they own 21.5 sq

km of contiguous claims and in Peru where they have 220 sq kms.

With production set to rise rapidly, it is no surprise that our Alpha signals suggest a major

rise should ensue over the coming months!
