Have you followed this hub for the last 4 months? He contributed nothing while continually bashing the stalk. He got a warning that this would no longer be tolerated, a post that got the most thumbs up in a month, a strong indication that the community had enough of his "contributions" to the hub.

The case is close and I suggest we all move on from here.
