World's wealthy buy physical gold
The world's super-rich are buying gold (GC-FT1,315.20-1.60-0.12%) by the bar and by the tonne as prices surge amid rising economic uncertainty. They're also buying shares in mining companies and ETFs, UBS AG's Josef Stadler told the Reuters Global Private Banking Summit. Some of these assets are being moved outside of the financial system, Reuters reported bankers as saying.
