Somehow seems to me they should have included that amount in the previous PP , i feel this will slow the rise of the SP at an auspicious time .

The reasons u give to explain the new PP may be good for the longer term , but i dislike the timing , i wish this was behind us , anyway it should be over soon if this market keeps up as it did lately .

It's another deception with this stock as setbacks seem to have happened to frequently over the last months .
