These 2 statements contradict each other.

PK is management at this time.

I agree that CMM is a great story and has a great future. However the sooner they move PK out of "management" and into acquisitions, the sooner there will be confidence in the stock.

Your first statement was correct. Investors do not like PK. They just started to get over their aprehensions and the financials were late.

What bothers me is that there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY. PK continues on as if nothing happened. The new owners are powerless over her because she ownes 15 M shares.

The SP is as low as it is because investors were burned again by PK when the financials were late.

Yes this should be a no brainer stock but you are right...there is no confidence in management.
