I definitely would like to hear a clear and honest explanation from management about why a publicly traded company mandatory filing date was missed.

I am happy to be in a company with two producing mines, but the question of strategic planning by management must be considered of concern, pending a clear statement.

I am no novice at running significant businesses. I WANT to know why??
