All I really know is that when you call the office, it is the office for both companies. I think they answer the phone "Mining group". As century keeps growing, they may need to separate the 2 companies a little more but for now, it is a good synergy and saves us some money on our corporate headquarters.

I have not really looked into the other company so cannot give you an opinion on them.
