For my 2 cents worth, a double on NOT would be about $4.00 something. This is possible but not likely any time soon.

With CMM a double would be 62 cents. This is highly possible, even in the short term.

After they pour in spring/early summer you are looking at $1.00-$2.00.

Now compare that to NOT.

I will take my chances with CMM.
