just doing some further DD. I took a small postion earlier this week at .195. I see that there may be some short-term upside at the closing of the financing in early December. I was wondering why Ms. Kent is not a favourable CEO she has a pretty impressive trackrecord, I would guess if they want her out the BOD shuffle would be a SP trigger as well. Thoughts,
