Before the yesterday's Regular Government Meeting, the PM has listened to the progress of Oyu Tolgoi Investment Agreement (OTIA) conclusion.
A reliable source has informed that OTIA will be signed by two parties on 28th of this month or on Monday September 28, 2009.
The procedure for signing the agreement is "generally ready" and in connection with this S.Bayartsogt and L.Gansukh have sent a letter to the management of "Ivanhoe Mines" and "Rio Tinto", to remind you again the Agreement will be signed by three Ministers: Finance, Environmental and Tourism, and Mineral Resources and Energy.
