I have heard a couple of interviews with ENA CEO however I have yet to properly comprehend what exactly it is that they are planning on producing that has to due with bringing fibre optic cable to the home market.

Can someone please elaborate in some detail in terms which are non technical?

I know they have good management and lots of "brains" brought over from the Narional Research Council and some military contracts etc.
