Just want to start off by saying, great job on sealing the partnership with SNNA. I forsee alot of great things coming from this LOl if done correctly.

As a long-term shareholder, I see the "vision" and understand that the path to success has many bumps and obstacles. But after such a underwhelming year and seeing key players resign one after another, i must ask... what are you planning on doing to build back investors confidence? The failures outweigh the wins by a longshot. We were promised a deep pipeline. Instead, paitent shareholders were given a halted stock and broken partnerships.

A integrated healthcare company that is closing clinics 10 months into the rollout does not give the company a good look. In fact, it’s quite worrisome.

AGM? QnA with George? Pipeline? Contracts? Partnerships? FDA approvals? 

Will this company survive another year without continous PP raises? Where is the guidance? Company transparency is at a bare minimum. You cant continue to pitch breadcrumbs at your shareholders and expect them to be happy at this point. Your word is taken very seriously. Many people trusted your word and put their hard-earned cash on the line. Now its time to show us what you can do when the pressure is on.

Can we expect any sort of guidance sooner than later? I truly feel like we have no ground to stand on right now.
